Biography
As a Partner at McGrew Miller Bomar & Bagley, Colleen’s legal practice primarily focuses on general liability claims, including automobile, ride share, trucking, products liability and premises liability claims. She also practices in the defense of physicians, hospitals and health care providers.
Colleen began her legal career in 2016 working as the Staff Attorney for the Honorable David P. Darden in the State Court of Cobb County. As a staff attorney, Colleen gained experience in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including medical malpractice, premises liability, negligent security, automotive liability, and trucking litigation.
Colleen received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2016. While in law school, Colleen was awarded the State Bar of Georgia Health Law Section Scholarship and served as the Executive Conference Editor of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. Colleen received her bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College where she was a captain and All-American on the varsity field hockey team.
