Trial Victory

After a two-week trial in Fulton County, Spencer Bomar and Colleen Callaghan obtained a defense verdict in favor of their client, a nephrologist who was alleged to have failed to timely diagnose and manage a patient's chyle leak contributing to the patient's death. The jury found the nephrologist was not liable.
